Director Philippe Vallois wanted to show that gay men are ordinary people. Fifty years ago, a remarkable film had its premiere. The film is called "Johan – A Love in Paris in Summer 1975". It was first shown in Cannes. The film deals with gay sexuality. It shows the lives of gay men openly and honestly. This was very unusual and brave at the time.
